NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The 68th annual meeting will be held Sunday March 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Location for this year’s event will be the River Valley Winery Located 4 miles west of Humboldt on Hwy 3.

The evening will begin with a meal promptly at 5:00 p.m., with the business meeting to follow at approximately 6:00 p.m. The business meeting will consist of reports from the officers and committees and the election of directors. The election will be to fill the positions presently held by Pam Conlon, Kerri Mertz and Hannah Himrod. Following the meeting there will be a drawing for door prizes. Support and involvement of all members is necessary for the continued success of the credit union. Mark the date on your calendar and plan to attend.

Balloting Notice

Due to regulation changes there are changes in the voting process at the annual meeting.

·  Membership will be verified when you check in.

·  Members 16 and older may vote.

·  Joint account holders are not eligible to vote.

·  Voting will be in-person and  mail in ballots will be accepted.

Meet the Candidates information will be sent out to you prior to January 31, 2025.  We have 3 positions up for election this year.
