SYSTEM CONVERSION

Thank you for your patience and understanding through this core processing conversion.  I would especially like to thank our employees who works extra hours, long and stressful days to complete the necessary training for this transition.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to stop by and see me.  On the member end, not much should be different for you.  You may notice a difference on your statement with suffix numbers.  This was a mandatory change for us we did not have a choice.  Your checking account suffix will now be a 71.  There was no way around this.  If you currently had certificates they are now label in the 900-999 range.  The last two digits stayed the same.  If you have sub-secondary savings accounts set up those will now be in the 50 range.  So example a 02 before will now be 52. If you have questions, again, feel free to stop by and ask.  Our core processor is remaining the same they have just converted to a whole new system for office personnel.  Home banking and mobile banking.  Mobile banking customers.  Please make sure your app is updated.  Home banking customers.  Please make sure you are accessing the correct site.  The new url is on our web page.  Please update your computer to save this new URL.  Within the home banking and mobile banking sites they should look the same.  Thank you again for your patience through this.  We appreciate all of you our members.  Thank you, Andrea
